Step 4: Metal nose piece
*Note there are many different ways to create a nose piece. I used cut up foil food trays (new of course), but I’ve seen others use craft pipe cleaners as well.
Cut strips of aluminum foil from a medium weight disposable cooking pan. Heavy weight aluminum foil should work if you have it . 
Fold over to create rounded edges 
Be careful not to cut yourself on rough edges . Cut a strip 1 – 1/2 inches long and fold each long edge in 1/4 inch . Flatten with your heavy plastic rulers. Then fold again in half . 
It will look like this. Now we want to wrap the foil in a strip of fabric. I chose to cut up old blue jeans but only If your sewing machine is heavy duty . 
Cut a strip of fabric 3 inches wide. Put a number 16 needle in your sewing machine. 
Center the foil strip and stitch down entire length. 
Fold fabric over to envelop the foil . Stitch close to the foil’s edge. 
Then zig zag. Trim excess fabric and zig zag again. Cut this strip into 2 1/2 inch sections 
Sew in place 1/2 inch down from the top edge. Stitch each end or stitch lengthwise. See next picture.
