Step 3: Elastic

  • Elastic- cut 2 pieces of 1/4 inch elastic. Man= 7 inches Woman =6 inches Young kid= 5 inches Small kid= 4 inches. Pin in place as shown . Sew down all 4 ends by back stitching several times.
